Crunchy HoneyGarlic PorkChops

Ingredients:
6-9 pork chops (not too thick, you can use boneless pork loin)

Whisk: Bowl #1
2 eggs
4 Tbs water
Mix: Bowl #2
2 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
Glaze: Bowl #3
1 1/2 cups honey
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ginger
dash of cayenne pepper (to your taste)
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 Tbs chopped garlic
2 Tbs butter

Instructions:
Melt butter and add garlic, add the honey, soy sauce, brown sugar, cayenne, and ginger in a stove top pan. Bring glaze to a boil then reduce to low and simmer for about 5 minutes. Watch carefully to prevent foaming and/or boiling over. Ouch!

Dip the chops in the flour mixture (Bowl #2) then over into the egg mixture (Bowl #1) then back over into the flour mixture (Bowl #2). This makes extra crispy coating on the chops. Get plenty of flour on in this last coating. Place chops in a 9x13 baking pan with 1/2 of the glaze on the bottom.
(Alternatively, you can fry the pork chops first is vegetable oil over a medium heat, turning chops not more than twice else the coating will come off. That's why I like to leave out the frying, my coating always falls off. Still tastes great but looks like ... Ugh!)
Place uncovered in a preheated 350 degree oven for about 20-25 minutes. The glaze should be bubbly and the chops should turn golden.
