Tortilla Mix

6 c. Flour
2 T. Baking Powder
2 T. Salt
1/2 c. Lard

Tortillas
2 c. Mix
1 c. Water

Mix, divide into 15 little balls, cover and rest 10-15 minute.
Roll out as thin as you can, thinner the better. Fry on dry hot 350 griddle 2 min. each side.
