Pork, the other white meat, is so versatile as is this recipe. You can flavor it anyway you like. Dry dressing is not paramount either. A 1/4-1/2 cup of salad dressing will work just as well and still produce a wonderful gravy. And, who doesn't love a one dish Luscious meal?
Ingredients:
Pork Chops (boneless, bone in, or pork roast)
Cream of Chicken Soup (or any creamed soup)
Dry Ranch Dressing
Instructions:
In crock pot layer pork chops, adding cream of chicken soup, and a sprinkle of dry ranch dressing all over between each layer. I like to place a little soup and dressing as the first, bottom layer.
DO NOT ADD ANY WATER!!
Cover and cook on high for 4 hours OR Low for 6 hours. Even for a roast, this should be ample time.
Pork chops/roast will be very tender with an amazing flavor! Good gravy for mashed potatoes too.
Oh Love Me Tender ...
